He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Starek (Greg Starek), Billy England Jr. (April England) and Matthew England (Caylie England); his grandchildren, Hannah Kidd, Zack Starek, Madison House, Harrison England, Beau England, Charlie England and Scottie England; and his great grandchildren, Keller Kidd, Berkley Kidd, Dean Starek, Hadley House, Demi Starek and Poppy.
A graveside service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Rosehill Cemetery (7455 Co Rd 2578, Royse City, TX 75160).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Kaufman ISD Education Foundation.
