He is survived by: his parents, Gladys Tovar and Julio Rodriguez; his daughter Ellie May; his sisters, Elexis Ramirez (Alejandro) and Delaina Rodriguez; his niece Elaine Ramirez; and his grandparents, Yolanda Soto, Jose Najera and Ernestina Rodriguez.

Visitation was held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Ashworth Funeral Home (2217 S Washington St, Kaufman, TX 75142). A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Kaufman (2000 W Fair St, Kaufman, TX 75142). A burial was held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Kaufman Cemetery (806 N Washington St, Kaufman, TX 75142).
