He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Lambeth; his daughter Nyko Welch (Allen Quigley); his grandson Tyler Welch (Courtney DeBord); and his sisters-in-law, Sherry Passmore, Tina French (Johnny French) and Patricia Roehrig (David).
