He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Perry and Christine Perry; and his brother Billy Perry. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Perry; and his siblings, Gene Perry of Parowan, UT, Sandra Jo Leo of Ft. Myers, FL and Debbie Lynn Polster. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, beloved family members, and wonderful friends.
