He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Merle McGuire Rhyne and James Rhyne; his grandparents, Bud and Mary McGuire; his wife Pat Cummings; his daughters, Teresa Rutledge (Betsy) and Tricia Sanford; his grandchildren, Chase Sanford and Paige Sanford; his son-in-law Scott Sanford; his siblings-in-law, Sharon Cummings, Gayle Coomer and Michael Cummings (Debbie); his aunt Inez Walker; his uncle Otis Rhyne (Jane Ann); his extended Rutledge; and his pets, Chloe and Blue. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
