She is survived by: her daughter Paula Fitzpatrick (Jeff) of Fort Worth, TX; her granddaughters, Meghan of Fort Worth, TX and Emilie Fitzpatrick of Fort Worth, TX; her brother Aldo Iacobelli of Italy; and her sister-in-law Maria McAloon of Middlebury, CT..

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Carmina's name to: Alzheimer's Association Connecticut Chapter 200 Executive Boulevard, Suite 4B.
