Deryck Maurice Woods Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2025, at the age of 63, Deryck Maurice Woods of Keller, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Deryck leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Woods and Lorraine Braggs; and his sisters, Cara "Stormi" Braggs and Traci Braggs. He is survived by: his wife DeShon Woods; his children, Zeryck, Zariah, Jaiden Woods, Domonique Crawford and Deryck Woods II (Richena); his grandson Julian Crawford; and his siblings, Monica Woods of Las Vegas and Damon Braggs of St. Louis. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, family members, and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Lucas Funeral Home - Keller (1601 S Main St, Keller, TX 76248).
