It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eileen Denise Stuart in Keller, Texas, born in San Pablo, California, who passed away on September 14, 2023, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Lonnie Dale Stuart; and her former husband David Perkins. She is survived by : her mother Colleen Carpenter Stuart; her daughter Joanna Jamie Madison; and her siblings, Julie Derbidge, Joyce Farnsworth and David Stuart.

Viewing will be held on Friday, September 29th 2023 at 1:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (3599 S Orchard Dr, West Bountiful, UT 84010). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 29th 2023 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
