He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Kenneth Leonard and Virginia Leonard; his wife Phyllis Leonard; and his brother Kenneth Leonard. He is survived by: his daughters, Tara Adams and Megan Leonard; his granddaughters, Henley, Harper, Eden and Jessa; and his brother Dick Leonard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
