He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen White (Mayes) and Kenneth White. He is survived by: his wife Sue White (Mars); his daughters, Kristie White and Ginger Smith (Kyle); his granddaughters, Vivian and Amelia Smith; and his cousin Sherry Scoville.
