She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Millsap and Dorothy Millsap. She is survived by: her daughters, Shonna DeBacco (John), Elizabeth Carothers (Brian) and Dana Borden (Jeff); her sister Donna Hensy; her grandchildren, Rachel DeBacco, Paige DeBacco-Yancey, Zachary Carothers, Katlyn Carothers, Garrett Carothers, Sean H. Boyd, Jacob Boyd and Madison Boyd; and her great grandchildren, Emma DeBacco and James DeBacco-Yancey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
