He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Herrington and Eugenia Herrington; and his siblings, Nancy Herrington, Jimmilee Reinhold, Glen Herrington and William Herrington.
He is survived by: his wife Candy Lynn Herrington; his children, Mindy Lynn Cutrer (Eddie), Terri Lynn McCall (Brent) and Tracy Lynn Biggar (Brad); his grandchildren, Ella Lynn Thames, Maci Lynn McCall, Evyn Lynn Thames, Zoe Lynn McCall, Presley Lynn McCall and Jacob Michael Biggar; and his brother Gene Herrington.
