He is survived by: his parents, Jose Javier Salinas and Maria Rodriguez; his daughter Isabella; his wife Betty; his siblings, Daniel Salinas, David Salinas and Lily Salinas; and his pet Enzo.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Javier Salinas Memorial Fund, which will benefit his daughter Isabella's College Fund.
