He is survived by: his spouse Jan Valendy; his son Jason Valendy (Estee); his grandchildren, Judah and Evan; his son Jeremy Valendy (Jamie) of Phoenix, Arizona.; his brother John Valendy (Diane); his children, Scott and Liane; his brother Mike Valendy (Krissy); his niece Melissa; his nephew John Phillips; his great-nephew Tyler; and his great-niece Holly.
