It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Wendell Hicks of Keller, Texas, born in Franklin, Texas, who passed away on November 27, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Wendell and Reba Hamilton Hicks; and his sister Olivia Ann Hicks. He is survived by: his wife Linda Dianne Witte; his children, Shawn Michael Hicks of Abilene, TX and Amy Elizabeth Mazerall (Chris) of Manassas, VA.; his sister Marianne Peiskee of Bryan, TX; and his nieces and nephews, Craig Mitchell (Christina), Tammy Riley (David), Anthony Peiskee, Jeanne Andreski (Donnie) and Eric Peiskee (Melanie).
