He is survived by: his wife Angelena Gagic; his close friend Lee Hauge; his brother Larry; his siblings-in-law, Nancy Bullock and Michael Reid; and his children, Mike Mapes (Christine), Bob Mapes, Buff Schmid (David), Matt Hauge (Julie) and Paige McClement (Michael). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, nieces and nephews.
