She was predeceased by: her grandfather A. W. Heider; and her stepgrandfather Lindy Burgess. She is survived by: her parents, Donald Wendell Shenk and Cheryl Heider Shenk; her husband David Cook; her children, Addison, Nolan and Dylan; her brother Donnie Shenk; her sister-in-law Alexandra Shenk; her nieces, Vittoria and Sophia Shenk; and her grandparents, Joann Burgess, Donald R. Shenk, Cindy Shenk and Eileen Navikas. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and friends.
