It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Foster Jack Busby of Kemp, Texas, born in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, who passed away on March 21, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma Busby (Crews) and Jessie Clarence Busby, Sr. (Alma); his wife Linda Eileen Busby (Milligan); his daughter Kimberly Carter; and his siblings, Frances Richardson, Dorothy Hollis, Marvin Busby and Robert Busby.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Rowell and Keith Busby of Kemp; his grandchildren, Sarah Perkins (Kevin) of Houston, Rebekah Hartman (Greg) of Arlington, Charlotte Hartman, Gideon Hartman, Adalynn Hartman and Emory Perkins; and his brother Jessie Clarence Busby, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
