We had the opportunity to get to know them and kept in touch with Herman until now at Ft Hood. Sad to know he passed. “Mr. Toro blessed me after I retired from the Army in 2008. He pulled me in and made me a part of the Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) team. I worked for Mr. Toro for 5 years. He was always kind and treated me with respect. Even after my time at SRP he stayed in touch with me always texting me at holidays and ragging me abut the Cowboys. He was a huge New York Giants fan and he did not let me forget that. He never forgot me and he was a man I call friend. God bless.”
