He is survived by: his children, Chandler Kurtz, Dustin Kurtz, Chelsea Myers (Rob) and Mackienzie; his siblings, Ted Hafenmair (Darlene), Roland Hafenmair (Michelle) and Monika Pakcyk; and his grandchildren, Mallory and Logan Myers. He is also survived by his extended family, colleagues, and countless friends.
