He was predeceased by : his parents, Raymond J. Thompson and Barbara I. Houchens Thompson. He is survived by : his wife Brenda Thompson; his children, Michelle Thompson and David Thompson (Catelyn); his granddaughters, Emery and Madelyn Thompson; and his siblings, Katina Bishop (John), Chuck Thompson (Angela), Mark Thompson (Denise) and Jason Thompson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
