She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Luis; her parents, Laureano Isla and Ysolina Busot; her siblings, Dulce Isla, Miguel Isla and Roberto Isla; her children, Lydda, Carlos, Marta, Joel and Olga; and her grandchildren, Derek, Michael, Abiel, Delci, Esteban, Eric, Misael, Jessica, Janell, Joey, Melody, Karla, Priscilla, Rebecca and Patricia. She was also cherished by many great-grandchildren.
