She was predeceased by: her parent Charlie Westbrook; her husband John T. Wade; her mother Lizzie Westbrook; and her siblings, Horace, Nellie, Wallace, Lizzie B, J. W. and Odessa.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce S. Wade (Arma), Blair J. Wade and Nadja Wade-Terry (Arthur); and her grandchildren, Demetrius Wade, Jenerro Wade, Jean Wade, Sebastian Wade, Cornelius Wade and Joey Hardee. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
