It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Viola Bond of Kenefick, Texas, born in Gobernador, New Mexico, who passed away on September 15, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Emilio Garcia and Rafelita Montoya Garcia; her husband Walter "Buddy" Bond; her sons, R. Duke Bond and Melvin Garcia; and her siblings, Pres, Emilio Jr., Marvin, Angelina Anaya, Della Armenta, Inez Reed, Dora Valdez and Nieves Martinez.

She is survived by: her siblings, Stella Mercure, Connie Garcia, Patricia Selph and Andy Garcia; her children, Marshall Bond (Brenda), Carla Stanley, Walter F. Bond II (AnJanette) and Doak Bond; her grandchildren, Heather Vaughan (Ryan), Shana Gonzales (Ash), Kenny Stanley, Kadie Owens, Trent Stanley, Caitlin Stonecipher (Matt), John Bond and Rowan Bond; and her great grandchildren, Peyton, Lyla, Lynnlee of Russell, JJ, Rhett, Wyatt, Reed, Nova, Rush, Laney, Aiden and Libby.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations to St. Joseph Catholic Church Building Fund at 804 S. Cleveland, Dayton, Texas 77575. 936-258-5735.
