She is survived by: her children, Denice Hazelwood (Rich), Laura Macias (Ed) and Stephen Kandra; her granddaughter Heather Hazelwood; and her great grandchildren, William Smith and Harvey Smith. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
