Debra leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Debra’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Debra will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Phillips and Peggy Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Robert Horn; her brother Steven Phillips (Cyndy Phillips); her daughters, Abigail Burross (Brittney Burross) and Sarah Horn; and her granddaughters, Harper and Hazel Burross. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
