He was predeceased by : his parents, Lester Veon Miller and Hazel Maxine Green Miller. He is survived by : his wife Karen; his children, Elliott Miller (Amber) and Whitney Miller Alcala (Jacob); his grandchildren, Ella, Liam, Andrew and Willow; his brother Bob Miller (Virginia) of Herndon; his nephew Dawson (Daws); and his niece Isabelle. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations in James' honor may be made to the Emergency Family Care Fund at Tate Springs.
