He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern Tate and Evah Tate; and his wife Judy Tate. He is survived by: his children, Bradley Tate and Shari Tate; his brothers, Marty Johnston (Kathy), Tommy Tate (Allyson) and Max Tate; his brothers-in-law, Gerald Mitchell (Martha) and Robert Mitchell; and his extended family Church. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
