He was predeceased by: his parents, J. D. Kuykendall and Louise Kuykendall; his siblings, Peggy "Lucy" Kuykendall, Susan Kuykendall and Roger Dale Kuykendall; his nephew Christopher Fulton; and his nieces, Amber, Karmen and Kameron.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ronnie Kuykendall (Carol) of Kerens, Jack Kuykendall (Willie) of Corsicana, Tracy Kuykendall (Serina) of Mexia, Tony Kuykendall (Jenny) of Corsicana, Bonnie Totten and Stacy Hargrave (Nick). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
