He was predeceased by: his wife Kathy; his parents, Gracie Maberry and JW Bynum Maberry; and his brothers, Tony and Gary.
He is survived by: his children, Shannon Maberry and Shawnna Regain; his grandchildren, Haley Yarbrough (Dustin), Camille Regain and Parker Regain; and his great grandchildren, Kollynns and Yarborough of Kansas.
