With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Amelia Chambers (Kerrville, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 28, 2025 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Amelia Chambers to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Richburg and Rilla Richburg of Canutillo, TX.; her sisters, Jean (Elbert Love) and Morene (Corky Stribling); her daughter Taronna (Jeff Sewalt); her son-in-law Russell Davis; and her nephews, John Love and Tully Stribling.
She is survived by: her sister Robbie Rutherford (Jimmy) of Bryan; her children, Doddie Davis of Abilene, Taby Durr (Glenn) of San Antonio and Thad Chambers (Valerie) of Kerrville; and her grandchildren, Judd Sewalt (Martha) of Weatherford, JeTonna Gilliam (Ky) of Brownwood, Candise Davis of Abilene, Dustin Durr (Taylor) of Cypress, Hannah Chambers of College Station and Molly Pearson (David) of Kerrville. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Kerrville Bible Church (898 Harper Rd, Kerrville, TX 78028).
