He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Clark Rathke; his children, Marvin Rathke (Kim), Tanja Waxler (Rusty) and Jes Rathke (Jody Tyler-Rathke); his grandchildren, Chase, Chance, Chandler, Tyler, Braidi Rathke and Wyatt "Rooster" Waxler; and his brothers, Calvin, Arnold, Bennie and Edmund Rathke.
