He is survived by: his wife Barbara Belle Crooks of Kerrville; his children, Shandi Crooks and Shane Crooks (Victoria); his grandchildren, Logan and Carson Hager; and his sister Bebe Kay Crooks of Harlingen. He is also survived by his nieces and nephew.
