She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence D. Kain; and her parents, Buey Blakeney and Addie Mae Shelby Blakeney. She is survived by: her children, Laura Harden of Kilgore and Lawrence Benjamin Kain (Sherri) of Arp; her great grandchildren, Chris Kain of Jefferson, Teresa Utzman (Steve) of Woodville, Katie Harris of Vermont, Carol Herden of Spring, Klay Kain of Arp, Kyle Kain (Emma) of Arp, Jack Kain, Draven Harden, Ella Kain and Andrew Kain; and her siblings, Mertis Kirkland, Shelby Blakeney, Ed Blakeney, Don "Buddy" Blakeney and Betty Stringer.
