He is survived by: his parents, Francisco Javier Acosta and Joanne Marie Donofiro; his stepfather Richard Norfolk; his wife Wendy Albrecht; his children, Malissa Rico (Francisco) and Anthony R. Norfolk (Danevia); his siblings, David Norfolk (Nancy), Paul Norfolk and Leslie Norfolk; his grandchildren, Gwendolyn Norfolk, Isabella Norfolk of Kenzy Norfolk, A. J, Liliana Rico, Lucilia Rico, Francisco Rico, Jr., Ricardo Rico and Jennifer Dupuy (Barry); and his children, Blaire Dupuy and Abel Dupuy.
