He was predeceased by: his parents, Millard Franklin and Emma Dean Rushing (Horne); and his siblings, Kathy Rushing and Larry Rushing. He is survived by: his wife Jimmie Nell Taylor; his children, Anthony Craig Rushing of Magnolia and Laura Dean Rushing (Rene Ogando) of Manor; his grandchildren, Paloma Ogando, Mason and Harper Rushing; and his sister-in-law Christine Rushing. He is also survived by cousins and nephews.
