We are sad to announce that on October 14, 2025, at the age of 70, David Sanders of Killeen, Texas, born in Gatesville, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Foster Sanders and Winnie Thyrel Sessums Sanders; his son David Ray Sanders, II; and his siblings, Robert Sanders, William Sanders, Thomas Bowen, Roy Sanders and Peggy Raper.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Sanders; his brother Lou Bowen (Catrina) of Sachse, Texas; his daughters, Misty Souther (Stanton) of Eufaula Oklahoma and Amanda; his grandchildren, Kyndle Souther (Damonte Nichols) of McAlester, Senior Airman Hayden Souther of Navarre and Foster Levy (Baleigh); and his great grandchild Daxton Nichols of McAlester, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and other family and friends.
