He was predeceased by: his parents, Domingo Jose Barao and Jane Rose Barao (Amaro); his siblings, Lawrence, Mary "Mamie", Lucille "Lucy", Domingo Jr., Emil, Jane "Winnie", Tilda and Paul; and his wife Jimmie Barao (Henson).
He is survived by: his children, Bobby Barao (Sherry) of Las Vegas and Dana Barao of Irving; and his grandchildren, Barbara Swanke and Charles Cutler (Tonya). He is also survived by great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
