He is survived by: his mother Wanda Goins Perdue of Elizabethtown, KY; his children, Jade Cierra Perdue of High Point, NC and Freddy Lewis Perdue, II of High Point, NC; and his siblings, Robin Saylor (Chris) of Lancaster, KY, Sandy Lonon of Washington State, Natalie Frame of Elizabethtown, Rick Perdue of Macy, IN and Nathan Perdue (Kim) of Payneville, KY. He is also survived by several nieces; nephews; great nieces; and great nephews.
