He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Starnes and Gladys Starnes. He is survived by: his wife Lenora Starnes; and his children, Maggie Evans, Marty Starnes (Rieta) and Michael Starnes (Marlo). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
