It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Hallum (Killeen, Texas), born in Athens, Texas, who passed away on May 24, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hallum and Lockie Bell Hallum; his siblings, Ed and Nita; and his son Johnny.

He is survived by: his wife Jeanette; his sister Shirley Farish (Lee); his children, James (Ranita) and Judy Rice (Charles); his grandchildren, Mitch, Jamie, Hunter, Hannah, Stephanie and Charles Jr.; his adoptive daughter Vicki; and his great grandchildren, Zachary, Althea, Michael, Juliana, Trae, Gabriel, Maxwell, Oliver and Wesley Conrad.

"In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Southern Baptist of Central Texas Association, SBCTA, at 1105 Radisson Dr., Hewitt, TX 76643. Donations will be used for local missions and seminary scholarships.".
