He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Joseph Lacey and Sophia Becker Lacey; and his close friend Sun C. Lacey.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Heritage Funeral Home (425 E Central Texas Expy, Harker Heights, TX 76548). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery (11463 TX-195, Killeen, TX 76542).
