He is survived by: his wife Cecilia; his children, Nicole Keefe (Don), Christopher Marks (Noemi), Annette Uhrig (Luke), Charlotte Marks and Timothy Marks (Meri); his grandchildren, Bella, Austin, Esme (Drake), Jonathan, Isabel, Matteo, Tatiana, Elias, Catalina, Sebastian, Philomena, Kylie, Cameron, Jaxon, Jaydalynne, Summer, Jordyn and Connor; his great grandchildren, Julian and Nora; his sisters, Kathy Baker (Bob) and Betty Marks; his nephews, Bryce, Clay, Steven and Kevin; and his niece Misty.

A rosary will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St Mary's Catholic Church (701 N Key Ave, Lampasas, TX 76550). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (701 N Key Ave, Lampasas, TX 76550). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery (11463 TX-195, Killeen, TX 76542).
