He was predeceased by: his mother Deborah Ann Goldsmith; his grandmother Athena Irby; his great-grandparent Eliza Gates; his mother Lee (Azalea Barksdale); his father-in-law Julian San Nicolas Jr.; and his pet Chance Goldsmith (Monster).
He is survived by: his wife Jodi Ann Santos Goldsmith; his brothers, Kingsley Goldsmith, Quintin Goldsmith (Charlena), Alan Goldsmith and Fred Irby; his mother-in-law Denise (Vincent); his siblings-in-law, Julian San Nicolas III (Kayla), Chaim Mendiola (Cierra), Nicole Torres (Brian) and Faith Small (Von); and his nieces and nephews, King, Keyon, Deshunte, Breyonna, Taniah, Naudia, A'ziya, Noah, Hailey, Josiah and Ajahlene.
