He is survived by: his wife Dona; his children, Baron of St. Petersburg, Florida and Julie Salisbury (Mike); his siblings, Marian Mayhall and John Armstrong (Charmen); his stepchildren, Leigh Gomez (David) and Brad (Kiki); and his friend Kent Grubbs. He is also survived by several nieces and a nephew.
