He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Tuggle (Wells) and Hobart Gleason "Pat" Tuggle. He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Prock); his sisters, Merry Calderoni and Judie Payne (Tom) of Belleville, Illinois; his sons, Shaun (Cathie) of Leander and Kevin of Bastrop; his grandchildren, Cullen, Devin (Kyla), Cooper (Hayley), Peyton and Avery (Travis); his great grandchildren, Titus, Tripp, Truett and Sadie; his nieces, Ashley Payne and Crystal Calderoni; his nephew T. J. Payne (Parul); Jeanie Carden, Joshua, Jason, Jennifer (Aaron) and Jonathan (Joanna).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donation (s) be made to First Baptist Church Killeen Building Fund, 3310 S. W S Young Dr., Killeen, Texas 76542; or to the Central Texas AUSA Youth Scholarship Fund or Soldier Support, PO Box 10700, Killeen, Texas 76547.
