He is survived by: his father Donald Dean Shaffer, Sr.; his significant other Andrea Marie Hawthorne; his brothers, Donald Dean Shaffer, Jr. (Michelle), Samuel Shaffer (Lynanne) and Erik Shaffer; his children, Timothy Lee Shaffer Jr. (Justice), Matthew Aubrey Shaffer, Lucas Dean Shaffer and Phyllis Jean Shaffer (Anthony); and his granddaughter Ava Liane Shaffer.
