He is survived by: his wife Frances; his children, Derrick, Stephen, David, Nathan Mackey (Charla Mackey), Jeremy (Chloe Mackey), Wendell Mackey Jr. (Lovely), Lateesha Terrance and Rachceda Palapala; and his siblings, Robert, Larry and Barbara. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
