He was predeceased by: his parents, Hobart Bartlett and Ruth Woods Bartlett; his wife Sarah Bartlett; his daughter Sandra Lynn McMullen; and his grandfather Bart.
He is survived by: his siblings, Nelda Gage (Don), Royce Necaise (Naomi), Judy Garner (Mike) and Gene Bartlett (Jan); his son David Bartlett; his grandson David Bartlett (Cathi); and his son Darrell Willingham (Susan). He is also survived by 9 children, was affectionately known as "Paw Paw", 5 children and 5 grandchildren.
