He was predeceased by: his parents, Nolia Touchet and Loveless Simon (Juanita LeBlanc); his son Marcus Simon; and his siblings, Gloria Turner and Jimmy Simon.
He is survived by: his wife Claudia Butler-Simon; his daughter Shari; his son-in-law Joseph O'Hern of Concord, NH; his daughter Rechelle; his son-in-law Mike Kovacik of Humble, TX; his son Brandon Marshall of Freeport, TX; his grandchildren, Gregory, Emily, Julia Simon, Megan, Aidan O'Hern and Rowan Marshall; his great grandchild Leyton Simon; and his siblings, Ruby Trahan, LeAnna LeMaire, Janelle Hatley and Rod Simon. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
